Swaytronic cell match:When assembling the battery packs, it is checked that only cells with identical internal resistances are assembled. YOUR ADVANTAGE: The performance of a LiPo battery is only as strong as its weakest link. If a LiPo therefore has a cell with higher internal resistance, this affects the performance of the complete battery pack.With "Swaytronic-Cell-Match" this problem is a thing of the past!Ultrasonic connection:The different cells (1S,2S,3S,4S,etc.) of a LiPo battery pack are normally connected with a soldered tin joint. Apart from the small factor of additional weight, this primarily entails an increase in resistance and reduction in conductivity , which in turn has a negative effect on the performance of the LiPo. With Swaytronic's ultrasonic connection, this factor is minimised. The BEST-Performance LiPo cells are connected with an ultrasonic weld. This has a positive effect on the weight and reduces the resistance of the connection, resulting in a higher current flow!
