If a battery should ignite, you can extinguish it quickly, safely and above all cleanly with the granulate!The granulate is applied softly to the fire. The expanded glass granulate surrounds the fire and smothers it. At particularly high temperatures, the expanded glass melts and spreads over the surface of the burning metal. The melt forms an airtight seal that crusts over as it cools, extinguishing the metal fire. A reignition is effectively prevented.The fire extinguishing granulate is suitable for class D and lithium ion fire loads.
