It measures the cell condition and can be used as a balancer to optimally balance the cells. In discharge mode, the cells can also be prepared for winter storage, for example.The cell charge status is displayed during the entire balancing process. The display shows the total voltage (ALL) of the battery in volts and then changes to the voltage of the individual cells (No 1...No 2... No 3... etc.)  Setting the alarm for the cell voltage you want: Press the button (lower edge button) once. The tester shows the currently set voltage value in volts (based on 1 cell). If this value corresponds to your wish, the programming is finished and the battery tester changes back to the home position in the display.If you want to change the alarm value, press the button twice. The battery tester switches to the next possible value.Repeat this step until the setting you want is displayed.
