The DuoRacer MPPT charge controller is used to charge two batteries simultaneously.
In this way, the supply battery and the starter battery can be charged simultaneously during operation.
This controller supports sealed, gel, flooded, LiFePO4 and Li-NiCoMn batteries.
The unit detects the system voltage of the starter battery and automatically switches to trickle charge.
The controller uses the advanced MPPT control algorithm that detects the maximum power point while minimising power loss.
The performance with MPPT technology is increased by 20-30% compared to the PWM charging method.
If there is no manual operation for a long time and the charging conditions cannot be achieved, the controller will switch to energy saving mode, which reduces the loss and waste of battery power to extend the life of the products.
System settings are indicated by the LED and LCD display and can be enhanced by the optional external MT11 display (accessory).
The AES control signal of the auto-refrigerator is built into the controller, which supplies the refrigerator with excess solar energy and maximises efficiency.
The controller has IP33 protection.
Numerous protection functions such as battery overcharge protection, overdischarge protection and reverse polarity protection of the PV and battery are integrated in the unit.
