Swaytronic assumes a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 2 or a maximum of 5 years* for the solar panel product portfolio with exceptions. The effective warranty period can be found in the respective product. The choice of replacement, repair or reimbursement of costs is at the discretion of Swaytronic (Schweiz) AG.
*For more detailed information and allocations, please refer to the corresponding data sheets / product specifications.
Further claims, especially for compensation of direct or indirect damages caused by the defect of the device, the costs incurred by the removal and installation or the lost profit are excluded.
Models which are equipped with a serial number will be recorded by us upon receipt and dispatch of goods and assigned to the end customer.
Removing the serial number (sticker/inscription) will void the warranty.
Mounting of flexible solar panels and ABS solar mounting systems
Swaytronic offers tested and verified adhesive sets for bonding the flexible solar panel and ABS solar mounting systems.

Damage and consequences due to improper procedure of bonding and assembly, as well as due to use of materials not verified by Swaytronic - are generally excluded from any warranty and compensation claims.
Exclusion:
Not covered by warranty are damages, defects and malfunctions caused by:
(a) force majeure (e.g. lightning, overvoltage, thunderstorm, flood, fire).
b) normal wear and tear
c) mechanical impact or force such as transport damage, fall, deformation,
d) improper, abusive or negligent handling or use,
e) faulty installation or commissioning
f) malfunction of other connected devices,
g) non-observance of safety precautions,
h) Independent modifications, programming or repairs,
i) use not in accordance with the operating instructions or otherwise improper handling of the goods.
In addition, normal wear and tear or other defects do not affect the basic operation of the product.
External scratches, stains or natural mechanical wear and tear do not constitute a defect of the product.

Lastausgang

BatteryLife: intelligentes Batteriemanagement
Ist der Solar-Lade-Regler nicht in der Lage, die Batterie innerhalb eines Tages bis zu ihrer vollen Kapazität aufzuladen, wechselt der Status der Batterie ständig zwischen "teilweise geladen" und "Ende der Entladung" hin und her. Dieser Betriebsmodus (kein regelmäßiges volles Aufladen) beschädigt eine Blei-Säure-Batterie binnen weniger Wochen oder Monaten.Der BatteryLife Algorithmus überwacht den Ladezustand der Batterie und sofern erforderlich hebt er Tag für Tag den Schwellwert zum Abtrennen der Last an (d. h., die Last wird früher abgetrennt), bis die gewonnene Energie ausreicht, um die Batterie bis auf nahezu 100 % aufzuladen. Ab diesem Punkt wird der Schwellwert für das Abschalten der Last moduliert, so dass die Aufladung zu nahezu 100 % etwa einmal wöchentlich erreicht wird.

2 x 230V AC connection with 2500W continuous power and pure sine wave
You can operate your appliances, be it a coffee machine or an induction hob, or even charge your notebook via the integrated 230V connections.
Maximum safety thanks to integrated residual-current circuit breaker and external earthing spike. The operation of 3-pole devices is safe compared to similar 230V Energy/Power- stations without built-in protection functions.
12V Anderson connections with a capacity of up to 175A
The grey Anderson connections allow you to connect 12V loads directly to the Energystation. Do you want to operate a parking heater in your camper or connect other powerful consumers? With the Anderson connections, you are guaranteed to be able to supply any 12V application.
USB QC 3.0 and Type-C + cigarette plug socket
With the integrated USB QC 3.0 and Type-C ports, you can quickly and easily recharge your smartphone/tablet and many other smart devices. With the cigarette plug socket, you have the option of connecting your air pump for the inflatable boat or other devices with a cigarette plug.
Jump-start function
The Anderson high-current connection allows you to connect the jump-start cable with alligator clips (included in the scope of delivery) directly and thus jump-start your vehicle.
